Key Features
The Split Long Mirror from Lee Broom gives you a glimpse of an experiential dreamscape. This mirror is defined by its split frame, which gives you time to ponder. Designed by Lee Broom, a prominent U.K. designer who tests the boundaries of creativity, this piece becomes a focal point in 21st-century living spaces. This ovular and fractured mirror features a beautiful, lacquered frame. The fine mirror glass reflects light with ease, bringing brilliance to your indoor setting.
Mastering multiple design disciplines, Lee Broom is heavily inspired by the history of British design, from both a decorative and manufacturing perspective. His work regularly references his homeland’s past, though just as regularly offers a slight subversion of those traditional motifs and techniques in his contemporary recontextualizations. Since 2010, he's been collecting British Design Awards on a regular basis, including recognition in 2011 as Designer of the Year and a 2012 nod for his Crystal Bulb, a modern reframing of traditional cut crystal craftsmanship.
